June 2025<\/strong> \u2013 <\/span><\/span>Saxovent Renewables, part of the independent Berlin-based investment company Saxovent, has acquired significant operating parts of the former Fellensiek Group as part of a joint asset deal. With a focus on medium-sized investments and a growing wind and solar portfolio, the company is pursuing concrete solutions for the energy and climate crisis. In view of the growing need for security of supply, decentralized infrastructure and CO\u2082 savings, Saxovent is working on concrete solutions with long-term projects.<\/p>\n<p>With its subsidiary Saxovent Renewables, the Berlin-based investment company is not only active as a project developer, but also as an investor and long-term partner for sustainable business models in the energy market. The latest acquisition is part of a clear growth strategy: it is an example of the necessary acceleration in the expansion of renewable energies &#8211; not only as a corporate goal, but also as a social responsibility. The aim is to further scale the contribution to the energy transition &#8211; technologically, geographically and operationally.<\/p>\n<p>The financial side of the transaction is being handled by GLS Bank.<\/p>\n<p>The photovoltaic project developer Fellensiek had to file for insolvency in September 2024. The transaction was carried out in the course of the Fellensiek Group&#8217;s insolvency proceedings under the lead management of PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH.
