December 2025<\/strong>  &#8211;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Saxovent Renewables GmbH &amp; Co. KG has acquired a solar park in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern from Milvio Energy GmbH. The ready-to-build open space project with a planned capacity of around 81.8 MWp is located south of Rostock. It has an existing EEG surcharge for 20 MWp and offers additional potential for the integration of a battery storage system.<\/p>\n<p>The acquisition not only strengthens our presence in northern Germany, but also significantly expands our PV portfolio.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"naxml-ul\">\n<li><strong>Saxovent Renewables acquires 81.8 MWp solar project<\/strong> with partially existing EEG surcharge and additional battery storage potential<\/li>\n<li>The project will now be brought into construction and operation by Saxovent Renewables in a timely manner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/section>\n\t<section class=\"section quotes\" id=\"block_ff4f6af72ff4a0cbd6c3501c0e02c9b8\">\n\t\t<div class=\"row justify-content-center fade-in fade-in--up\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"col-lg-10 text-center quotes__row\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"quotes__slider-init\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"swiper-wrapper quotes__wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"swiper-slide fade-in fade-in--up\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"p-l\"><p><em>The solar park is a carefully prepared and approved major project that will significantly strengthen our photovoltaic portfolio. Due to its potential for battery storage, it is also technically extremely interesting. Thanks to the existing EEG surcharge and the marketing of further output via PPAs, we have planning security.
